Terms of Service

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to enter the payslip details you create.

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, access data that is not yours, or use it for unlawful purposes. You retain ownership of the payslips you create; you grant us the limited rights needed to store and process them in order to provide the Service.

The Service estimates PAYE and NIS to help you produce payslips quickly. These figures are indicative and the Service does not constitute tax, accounting or legal advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of any payslip you produce, download, email or rely on.

You can preview payslips for free. Downloading, emailing and saving payslips require a subscription of $5.99/month, billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown before checkout. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features over time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SamKis Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
